Are you a driven sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Our company is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic, remote team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 90-250 outbound calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
  • Schedule 5-10 appointments each day by engaging potential clients and demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Engage with connections made on LinkedIn
  • Send 30-50 emails per day
  • Research clients before reaching out to find a pain points
  • Utilize multiple CRM for cold and warm leads.
  • Execute persuasive sales conversations to effectively transition leads to Product Specialists and Account Executives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, converting them into scheduled appointments.
  • Continuously expand your understanding of key pain points and attention grabbers.
  • Achieve and surpass ambitious targets by relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain clear communication with the team and upper management.
  • Be receptive to coaching and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, particularly within the infrastructure, medical, or financial sectors, is highly preferred.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with excellent selling and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver quick objection handlers to overcome resistance to setting appointments.
